Headwaters Health Care Foundation

Headwaters Health Care Foundation is the fundraising arm of Headwaters Health Care Centre.

Our vision is to provide the best local health care through inspired community giving. We build and nurture relationships with donors and are donor-centred and ethically based in all our actions.

Thanks to our very generous community, the Foundation recently completed a $16M fundraising campaign to support a new expansion and renovation as well as equipment for the hospital.

Annually Foundation Volunteers and Staff promote philanthropy and raise $2M through partnerships with individuals and corporations, signature and community events, direct mail and online campaigns, planned giving and memorial gifts.
