Orangeville Fiddle & Stepdance Contest

Contestants from across Ontario are coming to Orangeville to showcase their fiddling and stepdancing talents! Join us at Westminster United Church on Saturday, July 6th for a full day of entertaining live performances for all ages. This high-energy style of music and dance from the Ottawa Valley combines Celtic & French influences with old time Canadian tradition. Beginning at 10:00am, contestants will perform a variety of waltzes, clogs, jigs, and reels in age divisions from 9&under to 50&over. There will be a showcase featuring the judges and other local performers at 1:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door ($15 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for children, family/group rates available). Online contestant registration is now open on our website.
